Welcome to the 2013 Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress.  This page will have all of the details you need for exhibition and sponsorship for the upcoming Congress, Nov. 3rd-6th in Las Vegas.

 

Becoming an Exhibitor

1. Who do I contact to reserve an exhibit booth?

2. Is there a deadline for becoming an exhibitor?

Booths are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.  Please contact us today to receive the most updated exhibit hall layout and availability.  Exhibitors who register after October 1, 2013 will not be eligible for any of the printed benefits due to printing deadlines.

 

Passes for Exhibitors

1. How many registrations are included in my sponsorship?

All sponsorship levels include a specified amount of full registrations.

  • Exhibitor Sponsorship ~ Includes 2 Conference Registrations

  • Silver Sponsorship ~ Includes 3 Conference Registrations

  • Gold Sponsorship ~ Includes 4 Conference Registrations

  • Gold Elite Sponsorship ~ Includes 4 Conference Registrations

  • Platinum Sponsorship ~ Includes 5 Conference Registrations

  • Diamond Sponsorship ~ Includes 6 Conference Registrations

 

If you would like to an additional conference pass to any of the packages, you may purchase an “Exhibit Hall Only” pass for one additional attendee to manage the booth. 

 

 

2. How do I register all of my included registrations?

You can register your attendees through our online registration system. We request that all sponsors register their participants 30 days prior to conference dates, Nov. 3rd-6th. Please contact Megan Chiarello for questions/inquires on registration.

3. How do I obtain my badge?

You can check in at the Registration Desk at Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. (Please see Exhibit Hours below).  Badges will not be mailed to you prior to the show.

 

Preparing for the Show

1. Once I purchase an exhibit booth, what additional information and materials do you require for participation?

Once you have signed your exhibitor contract, we ask that you please provide us with a High Resolution (300dpi) logo to be placed on our website.  Additional sponsorship benefits such as the social media campaign will require a 50 -word corporate profile about your company.   

2. What are the deadlines to fulfill my sponsorship benefits?

All exhibitor/sponsor logos, advertisements and 50-word corporate profile must be received by September 1, 2013 for it to appear on conference signage, promotional materials and eProgram.

3. What is included in my exhibit booth space?

Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 10' high and back drape‚ and 36" high side dividers.  Each booth will include the following: 1 - table draped, 2 - side chairs, 1 - wastebasket, and a 7" x 44" one-line identification sign.  The exhibit hall is carpeted.

4. How do I order extra furniture, carpet, or accessories for my exhibit booth?

To order additional furniture, carpet, or accessories please view your Exhibitor Packet that you will receive via email or call our Exhibiting Services Company with any questions/needs you may have.

3. How do I participate in the Exhibit Hall Benefits Bingo?

During the Exhibit Hall hours, attendees will stop by all of the booths on their “Benefits Bingo” card to participate in Exhibit Hall Giveaways & Prizes. Gold and higher sponsors are included in the Benefits Bingo. For more information, contact Megan Chiarello
