Lisa Denon is a Health Benefits Analyst with Sibson Consulting. Ms. Denon works directly with Sibson’s Healthy Enterprise Initiative Leader to develop health and wellness strategies for clients. Her responsibilities include assessments, strategy development, vendor procurement and management, and supporting analyses for medical, prescription drug, wellness, disease management, life, dental, vision and stop-loss plans. Additionally, Ms. Denon maintains Sibson’s national healthy enterprise database, including absence, disability, health, and wellness service providers. Ms. Denon received a BS in Biomedical Sciences from Marquette University. She has completed two Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) Well Workplace Certifications, and is a licensed accident and health producer in 12 states.
